I am trying to replace an existing 3-way switch with a 3-way with a pilot light that shows when the power is on. The switch works but the pilot light doesn't. It is a Pass & Seymour 695G. I don't follow the wiring diagram that has a wire from the pilot that is labeled "Natural".

Any help would be appreciated.

I stupidly did a load of laundry with a blue pen in my jeans and now I have several shirts with blue ink stains and spots, mostly cotton Polos and shirts. Is there any way of getting these out now that they have gone through the dryer?

I recently found a fair amount of mold in my electric kettle after I had accidentally left it out for a week or two. I'd rather not throw it away, but I'm wary of making anything in it now.

Is there a way I can safely sanitize my kettle?

We're buying a new home in Arizona and one of the incentives is a new pool. We're sure it will be basic and we know it includes the filter and stuff like that. However, we're sure it won't be top of the line stuff. The included pool is 80 perimeter feet.

What should we look for when choosing options? My wife would like a "normal" pool and so we're not really interested in salt water.

We don't want to spend a ton on upgrades but may want to upgrade things that we can't do later. Or things that will cost too much later.

Thanks!!

There are little brown mud things hanging from my floor joist and flying ants around the light above my washer, are these termites? The one guy I called said $1000-$1500 to treat it. My neighbor had them and he called that big company and he paid big bucks and still has them. I live in the Pittsburgh area who should I call? Can I treat them myself?

I have a 6 unit apartment complex with a 80 gallon electric water heater. The units are two bedrooms, and I am starting to get complaints about there not being enough hot water. Before i spend a couple thousand buying a larger commercial water heater i would like other options.

Could I run a second water heater in line with the first so that one feeds into the other. So one water heater heats the water and the other just maintains during low times.
or
Could I run an electric tankless water heater first to heat the water before it goes into the 80 gallon tank, in order to keep the supply of how water greater.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreaciate it.
thanks
