I need to budget the cost of a new small kitchen including appliances and installation. The room size is about 3m x 3m. How much roughly am I looking at?

welll....are u gonna upgrade stovetop,ovens,microwave,cabinets,etc???
i'd suggest the hgtv website. they have this virtual thing where you can create your kitchen using real things...

There are too many variables to answer that here.
If you are going to do it your self & not changing the electrical or the pipes in the wall, just shop for the pieces that you want.
If you a using a contractor you will have to check with several of them to see what can be done for what you want to spend.
