I have found that Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works really well. Once you have gotten it clean, it takes less than a minute to wash off the sides of the tub every time that you use it, then no more hard scrubbing!

Oh my gosh I just figured this out Scrubbing Bubbles shower and tub cleaner you push the button when you get out and it sprays the whole tub shower curtain and all and it stays clean it is great! I started off with a real clean bathroom and it has kept it that way! It really works. Now the best way to get one is look for it on sale I got it at CVS they had it for 18.00 and they gave a coupon in paper if you spend more than 15.00 you get 5.00 off ok so that is 13.00 and the newspaper coupon for 5.00 off I got it for 8.00 what a deal the refills are like 3.50 each but there is always a coupon for that too. I have one in both bathrooms now!
