I have them sitting on my window sill right now---glowing in the sunlight.

(99 cents each!)

You could clean them up with Brasso or another copper cleaner/polish...get them all shiny. Then spray them with a protective coating, such as polyurethane, or even lacquer. (You might need to wash them in water with soap after the Brasso, because I think the Brasso leaves a residue).
Don't use them to eat from. With them all shiny and sealed, they should luster for a long time! Fill them with PENNIES! lol

Fruit, nuts, scented pine cones with silk flowers to match the season and your room. A flower arrangement.
That was a great bargain.

I got a brass round tray with a filigree edge for 1.00 today.

You could put them up on the wall as art...maybe with mirrors in between ( I don't know their size)
Display them on stands....
How about making one into a fountain, depending on depth?
Fill with rocks, candy, whatever, put a candle in the middle.
How about hanging them with other cool stuff like a mobile kind of thing?\

Or

Giant earrings!

Have fun

Good buy.! If I am not mistaken, if you plant in them the copper will bump off your plants. You can insert a glass, plastic, ceramic liner. How about filling them with marbles. If you have cats they will love it once they figure it out
