My Ficus tree looks well dead. Will it come back in the spring or is there something I can do to help.

I have to paint a new steel door with vinyl trim. I know I'll only need a quart for the door and sidelights. The door will come already primed. What's the best exterior paint? Does Sherwin Williams make a good exterior, or should I look elsewhere? I need it to last. It'll be a white color. Thanks.

I am getting a dog in a few days and need to pick up my house. My husband does computer repairs and so there are parts all over the place. What is the quickest way to clean a house that has two bed, two bath, living room, kitchen, laundry area, and very little furniture.

When the water is run in my shower, it doesn't drain. I am not having this problem with other drains in my home. During my shower tonight the water came up to my calf almost (I am 5'1 if that tells you how high that is). I plunged it with a plundger and a few days ago bleach was dumped down the drain. Could the bleach have done something? Should I use Drano even though bleach was poured down it a few days ago? Could it possibly be a piece of soap that gooed? If so how would I remove that? Thank you in advance. (Also if you could use smaller terms I am not very literate with plumbing terms.)

I adopted the greatest one year old dog five weeks ago to the day, and the first few weeks, she would frequently pee/poop on the rug. I was pretty diligent about cleaning it, however, I didn’t get a rug cleaner and although she has not defecated inside in over two weeks, the stains appear to be coming up more visible. I will be renting a rug cleaner in the morning in hopes that they will vanish after a good cleaning. Any thoughts? I rent, and am afraid the deposit will be forfeited as a result of my canine. Also, she is very good about going potty outside, and I hope that with the rug cleaner, her scent will vanish and she will have no future desire to go inside. Thanks

No toxic chemicals or salt wanted. Its a small space I could dig up in a day with a spade, but I don't want the grass to just come back.

I'm getting ready more walls in side my house, in certain areas i am seeing what looks to be nail heads below the old paint about ready to poke through the walls. My house was built in the 80's so i think back then builders used nails instead of screws.Anyway some are quite noticable and others are slightly noticable,i would at least like to get rid of ones that show too much.

There's a plant at my house with almost all the leaves turning brown for some reason, with some of the green leaves having brown spots on them (and some green leaves getting brown at the base). What should I do? Should I pluck the bad ones?

What are the pros and cons of wood sheds, vinyl sheds, and metal sheds? All of them are the type you can get at Lowes. Cost and durability are the biggest factors. The shed will be next to a garage, with fencing on the other two sides. We just need it to hold the lawnmower, snowblower, and other such tools.

Building from scratch is not an option for me. I'm not that handy!

I am thinking I shouldn't fill it with dirt because my hubby wants to maybe use it later as a boat. lol
SO... I thought placing container plants in it, then filling it with mulch, enough to cover up to the tops of the containers.

Do you have any OTHER IDEAS for me?

All answers are appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!

Completely frivolous question, but for the life of me, I've never been able to figure out how to do this and not have it end up looking like a big ol' mess...lol.
Just curious...
