Oxy clean seems to eat holes in them like acid or something and shout, spray and wash don't seem to work worth a darn.

We help decorate eachother's houses by taking turns to go to a friend's house and paint and decorate a room. The home owner recipient buys all materials of course and has drinks and food and provides a nice lunch for everybody. We play music and socialize as we work. I was thinking more for an all ladies club.

Any suggestions on getting it off the ground. How can I get my friends to go for it? Most of them live in rentals. Should I try to make new friends online or some other way to start my club?

My local news does a new product testing segment every Wednesday. Once, they tried the Scrubbing Bubbles Shower Cleaner. You've seen the commercial right? "It's like having maids come and clean your shower every day".....okey.
Well, it failed miserably. The spray only hit the middle of the wall and shower curtain. Totally missed the rest of the shower. It didn't seem to clean on its own. Was this one just a dud?
Have you tried this? What results did you get?

"I have brown patch (a lawn guy diagnosed it) on my very nice st
augustine lawn in Austin, TX and it is spreading really fast!
I am planning to use Turfcide 10 from Home depot on it. I hope that
works.
Are there any special instructions for the spray or the granules. Like
do I water in? When? Do I spray all over or only the part with brown
spot?
How much time does it take for the lawn to show effects?
If my lawn has been fertilized in August, should I still go ahead and
fertilize it for the winter using Winterizer.
So many questions. Would appreciate answers to all of them cause I know
nothing about lawns!! (obviously:)
Anything else that helps me care for my lawn is welcome too. Thanks in
advance for the advice."

I googled this everywhere but no one describes the entire procedure. I am extremely new in this area and am pretty dumb in these matters. So pls help!!!

I have st augustine grass in Austin TX and just need to change 4 squares of it near the curb.

I have some questions:

1. what do I spread below it?
2. How do I place it?
3. Does the soil at the bottom have to be tight?
4. what if there are gaps? Do i fill them with soil?
5. After sodding, do i roll over it with something?
6. After sodding, when do I water?
7. How often do I water?
8. How do I water- with a hose? How long? Or with a mug and bucket? Does it matter?
9. Do I fertilize immediately or after 4 weeks?

Sorry about the long list but I have no clue what to do and am so worried. Thanks in advance!!!

Is it normal that a driveway has this gray / blue spots after a driveway power wash (see picture)? What is this? Is it possible to remove it, how?

Please look at the picture:

I could really use a clean house about now. Even a path through the pizza boxes and dirty laundry would be a great start.

I had an outdoor light, the typical lantern type on my front porch that had an outlet on the side of the backplate and it was used to plug in our decorations. My husband broke it, and now we cannot plug our holiday decorations in anywhere unless we spend major money cutting a hole in our brick and ruining our front room wall. Do they still make these sort of fixtures? Or does anyone have one they'd like to sell or dispose of? We'd hate to be that house with an extension cord coming out of our window! PLEASE!!!

My dad told me I have a huge sess pool under the driveway which will cave in if a heavy tractor or concrete truck rolls over it, so I need to have it dug up first and filled in with whatever they fill it in with. What to do first? Who do I call, and how do they find that sess pool? Dad died in January.

I am making my own bridal veil and want to add some very small rhinestone embellishments. I've never done anything like this before and thought that maybe there was easy way to add rhinestones to the tulle fabric. Would something like the Bedazzler work for that, or would I be better off just using fabric glue? Any info or additional suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you.
