I use to power wash my patio and driveway with a power washer and the spots look like someone really put the pressure up on the power washer and it dug in the concrete.. It took me awhile to learn how to operate one and they can actually be dangerous if you don`t no what you are doing! Some of the pressure is so powerful it can cut into something and it will be damaged... It looks like it is damaged. You can buy stuff at Home depot and refinish the top of your driveway yourself or have someone else do it..Its called top concrete surface repair...`

Saw your pics, it's not to bad, all you need to do is power wash it again, but this time hold the wand close to the concrete, and continue to take off the finish. In a couple of weeks it will all bleach out form the sun, and you will not notice a thing. If that is going to take alot of your time, and want a faster solution, buy 2 gal. of muratic acid ,and some rubber gloves, good push broom with hard bristles, and follow the directions. This procedure is real fast, and simple.. Hope this helps, see-ya!

You washed away the surface film of the concrete. Wait five years and it will weather in and match.
