my lease requires I do this when I move, but who does this type of work? And what do they actually do?

You can also bomb the place.. they sell them at walmart to kill those things.. but make sure you have your stuff out first if not you will have to wash everything that was there when the bomb was let off...

If the lease requires a professional company to fumigate the property I would suggest you peruse the phone book for a good, yet cheaper exterminator than ORKIN.

Not sure never heard of that in a lease maybe set off some bombs that they sell at walmart for fleas it's cheaper the other way could cost you $500 Good Luck

Try the yellow pages, under "pest control" or "exterminators". They'll spray for bugs.
