My vacant lot next door is always full of weeds. i have a friend in the tree business and he takes a truck full of chippings to the dump every week. If I had the chippings dumped in my lot would it be a good mulch to keep the weeds down?

I know that you are looking for about 22 to 26 degrees brix, but what are the other signs? How do you know they should have more "hang time" and when you should harvest?

I don't want to get rid of them completely, I'm just looking for a way to keep them outside. We have a shed that has hundreds of them inside and I want to keep them out of the house.

It just seems too "pastel" for my taste. How can I update my front porch and flowerbeds to make it look less 80's. What colors would you use for porch furnishings, light sconce, planters, number plates, etc.?

Please help! I'm clueless about this. I'm originally a city girl w/ no prior experience in decorating a porches!

Which product is actually the best for removing mold and mildew stains in the shower? I have used all of them (Tilex, CLR, Oxyclean, etc) and none of them really seem to work. Can anyone suggest one that actually removes the stains?

Got two beige Icelandic sheep skin rugs that have collected too much dirt and soot from hanging on the wall. Would like to wash them and leave them conditioned and not dry to become brittle.

I am looking at some land but it is 3 1/2 acres and they are asking $65K for it. I know that has to be more than fair market value. Where could I go on the internet to find out? I have looked everywhere that I can think. Thanks a bunch.

Help! We recently repaired our toilet (or so we thought) and now, since my daughter has been using it..it has detached from the floor and is basically sitting there without being bolted to that thing that mounts it to the floor. I noticed that the mount is broken....what do we do? Is this something we can repair ourselves or is a plumber required?! HELP! I dont need anymore bills so any assistance would be appreciated.
