Does anyone have any idea on how to install and what tools I need to install a mounting ring for a toilet into a floor (its a concrete floor at that!)..thanks

The mounting ring is attached to the flange at the beginning of the drain pipe. The mounting bolts for the toilet stool are on the sides, so you have to situate the bolts in the correct position. Put a new wax ring on the bottom side of the bowl at the flange connection and roll the stool onto the hold down bolts.

All you need is a new wax ring at 1.00 or less .Take the nuts off lift the toilet put on the wax ring mount the toilet happy flashing.

line it up screw it in, install wax ring and your done
