IT depends on what part of the country you are from. Here in the south western part of VA things are pretty cheap. Now, the price of tar or blacktop goes up with the price of oil. So, In business I get three estimates and get time frames for them. But, I also get referrals, that's the most important part. A lot of these companies go out of business overnight. So, get written estimates and call the referrals and go from there.

make sure to get several estimates. ask around the neighborhood....even resealing has jumped in price.
depends on where you live. charges can include rebuilding the edges.....etc. and of course, check with the better business bureau....
