How much water should I give my new 6" ivy plant?

Give it about 6 oz. of water every other day.

I would water the plant with a cup of water twice a week in the winter, and a cup every other day in the summer.

Soak thoroughly and let dry until the top 1/2" of soil is completely dry then soak again. About once a week if indoors.

If the soil is moist, then don't give it any more water. It is a very tough plant so don't kill it with kindness.
