So, after I washed, and dryed a load of laundry I discovered a black ink pen, that probably was left in my husbands pants. Now there are black dots all over our clothes. Is there any way to get this out now?

I have very dry feet and the sheets I got now (its a bed in a bag set) make my feet hurt. I have to wear socks to bed or I'll wake up every hour. When I went home I was sleeping in a bed and I didn't need socks so I know its the sheets that are making my feet hurt. What is a good sheet to get?

I've looked up possible moonflower diseases, and white rust (or in this case probably albugo ipomoeaepanduratae) seems to be the problem. I'm not sure if there are any possible treatments such as peroxide or anti-fungals that would work. (I believe peroxide might only work on spores, not formed tissue cultures).

We just transplanted a 4 foot hight palm tree from our front yard to our back yard that doesn't seem to be doing very well. How do we know if it is just in shock and will eventually recover, or if we have been overwatering or underwatering it? How much should you water newly transplanted palm trees? And how long does it talke to recover from the shock of transplant? Only serious answers, please.

We just moved and my fridge is way too cold inside. Although the beer taste GREAT, our eggs are frozen. We've turned down the dial to the warmest setting. Any ideas what I could do? Would turning the fridge off for 5 or 10 hours help things? Maybe the freon got messed up in the move? We kept the fridge upright during our move as well.

I was cutting and had to stop to kill a big ol' snake in my yard. afterwards i go back to finish cutting. I pull the string and nothing. When the string is pulled, the wheel that the string is wrapped around just spins and you can also hear the blade moving just with the motion of the string being pulled.the motor wont turn over now for whatever reason. and for the smart ones, there is gas in it, spark plug seems fine, everything that you can see is connected. It's like something on the inside fell off or whatever that makes the motor turn, any help please have my yard is uncut!

I recently bought a pair of biscuit colour nubuck mens shoes (UK)
I did not notice at the time of purchase that there is a slight colour variation between the two shoes. It is impractical to return the shoes. I have tried to use a neutral suade cleaner but it makes no difference.

Can you suggest a suitable dye or other method to even them out.
I do not want to radically change the colour.

I have looked at Insteon, X-10 and HAI products, but would like to know if any can be installed in a home where the lighting is all pre-wired in the cieling (recessed lights)

What I have is several rooms where my builder wired up to 10 wall/cieling lights to one switch. I would like to separate some of them and put dimmers on others. Is it possible to use the Insteon type relays to automate individual lights?

Do you think he goes through it and takes out the good stuff. Do his kids have to help him each night go through it? Do you think he pays them to help or do they just get to pick out what they want?
