My belt is off and I can't figure how the heck to get into there to get it back on

This kind of question is all but impossible to answer in this type of forum. In effect, the answerer has to try to paint a mental picture of the step by step process for this type of problem. Most of the time, even a detailed answer is futile.

get your model #'s & go to sears.com under parts and you can get a diagram of your tractors parts this may help.
