Right now my back splash it just painted the same sandy beige as the rest of the kitchen and adjoining rooms.

My a/c sometimes blows hot air for no reason. I have fixed it in the past by switching the circuit breaker on and off until it begins to blow cold again. I'm having the same problem, but my normal routine isn't working. Any suggestions? Thanks so much.

well we looked at the best house, 4 bedroom in country secluded, huge house very very nice fenced in yard and all....
its 600 month+ utilities. we told him we could give him it all upfront in cash...

he said he would make a decision by monday- im freaking because we need this house its 45 minutes closer to our jobs and its so great.

THE THING IS- we only have 1 child and i kind of think, that the landlord thinks we may not need a 4 bedroom. i duno though?? he didnt say anything he said we could make one room a computer room. ..


myhusband makes 2300+ a month been at job 3 year, i make 1800month and been at job 1 month but its going great. plus we have 9000.00 in savings with nothing to use it for besides this home...

would you rent to us? do you think he would rent to us? our current landlord will give him a good reference???
HE SAID 20 PPL SO FAR looked at it and only 2 filed out applications. is that good?

We have a lot of minerals in our water. Even after softening, the water causes whiteish scales on glassware after repeated washing. Is there any way to remove this, or do we have to toss these and buy new?

I had just moved into a new home about three months ago and since then it has been the hottest nasstiest summer I have ever seen here n Northewest Florida,anyways what is the best way to get a dead lawn to come back. I planted Mammoth Sunflowers about 2 months ago and they are about 4 1/2 foot tall. I live in Florida and from 12pm till 5 or 6pm the flowers hang down and sag. Is this normal? How much do you water them?

My garage door broke yesterday. One of the wheels fell off and the metal it was bolted onto is broken. The opener has a track with a chain and it is in bad condition, as well. I think it would be better to replace both than pay to have them repaired - not sure. Advice welcome. Can you recommend a brand and style for the door and the opener? Do you think Lowe's is a good place for purchase and installation (I can get 12 months same as cash there). Thanks!
