what kind of window wood ,aluminum or vinyl? i used to cut glass and make frames for Larson windows.do you know if it is 2 track window or 3 track if your screen is on a track it is a 3 track window. If it is aluminum i can help you with the glass size i would just need to know the whole window size.you are not going to be able to measure all the glass you will get it cut to short if you try to.It can not be off a 64th of a inch or it could leak

Replacement panes or inside blinds/drapes, measure inside the frame.

For larger draperies, measure from the outside of the frame.
