Kids love Silly Putty, but it can create quite a sticky mess on your carpets. Here's how to easily remove it using WD-40

Ok we have been having nothing but probs with our pool. 30x18x4ft pool. It is finally clear. The hose from the filter sprung a leak so we have not ran it for 2 days. In those 2 days the pool went from blue and cloudy to crystal clear. We fix the hose and turn the pump on and it pumped sand into the bottom of the pool. Now the water is cloudy again. What's the deal? What do we do? Change the sand or what would cause this? We have now figured that is the reason we couldn't get the water clear cuz something is wrong with the filter. It is a Jacuzzi Laser sand filter model #190L. HELP

My bedroom has two sliding doors to the patio for which I already have gorgeous silk draperies. I added two windows and don't want to go to the expense of getting silk draperies for two small windows. Besides, I think it would be too much fabric. Has anyone seen two different types of window treatments in one room?

(Long story . . .)The manager won't tell me who they are (since they haven't agreed to deliver it, she doesn't want me to contact them), but I am desperate!

They were supposed to deliver my home on Wednesday (Aug 9), but on Tuesday, the hauler ran somebody else's house into a bridge in Richmond. He now cannot haul in VA.

The dealership is trying to find someone else to haul, w/o success.

Another hitch is the fact that it takes 10 days to get a permit in VA (each half of the house is 16' wide). I was told by DMV that the other guy's permit can be transferred to the new hauler. The dealership manager said she was told it couldn't be.

So I need two things: 1. someone to haul it; 2. an expedited permit process. HELP!!!!!

I had my patio extended 7 feet to allow room for out 14' round x 3' deep pool. The concrete was poured 3 1/2 to 4" deep without any wire. The plan is to have aproximatly 7' on my original (10yr old) pad and the other 7 feet on the new pad. Without rebar is this going to be a problem?

I bought a $10,500.00 60" plasma flatscreen backwards and I poxyed and screwed it into the wall in 18 different places and built an enclosure around it inside the wall. When I flipped the TV on I'm looking at the back of the friggen TV. Yahoo answers said to pry it off the wall so I did and it ripped half the screen off and looks like it was shot by a machine gun (cuz of the screws). epoxy everywhere on it. Think I can take it back to the store for a full refund? What should I say happened? NOT THE TRUTH...ideas? help...??
