Well, I make it a rule to never eat anything I can't identify; Take a cutting includung stem, leaves and berries to your local Cooperative Extension Service or County Agricultural Agent. They should be able to identify it. Also, if you live near a Universisty they make have some one on staff who is a horticulturist (plant specialist). In the meantime handle it only with gloves on.. By the way are the three fingered. Three parts to one leaf. If so, ther is an old saying that says "fingers three, turn and flee".

Without seeing the leaves, I could not say, but, the birds can eat them, as they are only poisonous to humans. Brigth red, fairly hard, perfectly round berries, right?
One is enough to kill you. In fact, half of one would do in a Horse!
But, the very bitter taste would make you spit it out fast! Whether that is fast enough to assure you didn't get poisoned would be a good opportunity for Yahooligans to place their bets.

Olive?!? The plant is the evergreen, YEW. the alternative is uncertain and unimportant on your question. The red fleshy fruit is the in hardship-free words area of the completed tree that isn't poisonous, in spite of the reality that the seeds it incorporates is likewise poisonous. i ought to both fence the Yew for a pair years, prune it extreme sufficient the youngster can no longer attain the berries, or in basic terms %. them your self.

That can describe any number of plants. To be safe, clip a section that includes several leaves, flowers, and berries and take it to a good nursery so they can identify it for you.
