Go online to the manuafacturer if you know who made it and ask if they have any of this pattern left.
Try the place you originally bought it and ask them to get you more.
Worst case- take a photo and carry it around ( or a sample if you have one) to local paint and harware stores to see if anyone has some leftover from a few years ago.

You may have a problem, even if you find it, the paste was not work. You would have to get some paste and go back over it. I know some outlet have them.
