for any cleaning purpose the best one i have found it this
Gal of simple GReen Lowe's
gal of bleach
2 gal of water in sprayer

mix and spray it down good, don;t get under the spray it is powerful!!!
and will trash your clothes
in a sprayer spray it and leave set for 20 to 30 minutes and then pwer wash or hose down with heavy spray.
Come back and wash it down good, will kill and mold and mildew and remove the dirt,
has worked for me many times

vinyl siding should clean with normal soap & water, ive never heard of a special formula unless you have stains such as water erosion or mold... then i'd say pine-sol, soap & water..maybe a cup of pinesol to a gallon of water with a tablespoon of soap

get a bucket(5 gal.)car wash soap,window brush with a 6' extension handle,wash to your hearts content.(add a half cup of bleach if you have moss growth on it.)

You can clean your vinyl with a pressure washer

you can rent a high pressure cleaner at home depot... much easier
