You haven't provided anything in the way of details. You don't even indicate the overall square footage. Based on this lack of information, it is impossible to provide any kind of estimate at all.
Contractors will give you free estimates. Put your ideas down on paper before you call them. Have several reputable contractors bid on the same basic design and then check out their references before you sign a contract.

Went to the huge home show... Glass rooms started at $8,000. looking at 12X18 foot.
but, we could do it all in vinyl panels, and not have to pour a full foundation, for about $4,000
Both had the 8" thick 'walk-on' roof.

depends on the size, type and roof, flat or at angle also if tinted or not.
