I am 56, have had a hysterectomy. I need a doctor who will give me a complete physical.At my age do I still need a gynocologist or can see a family physician.

My fiance has extreme pain when she has her period. She has always said it is bad but the last few months has said it has become out of hand. I have asked her to go to her obgyn but she is afraid to. She is convinced to go if it happens again. We are in our late 20s so it's not like menstrual cramps are new for her. Anyway my question is does anyone know what this might be and if they have had similar symptoms? Anyway being that I'm worried I couldn't wait to get some answers. Thanks

im 13 and i think i need to shave my legs. i asked my mom but she said it will make the hair grow in thicker. she took me waxing with her once but it was really painful and i dont want to do it again. all of my friends shave and they don't seem to have a problem with it. i'm embarrassed to wear shorts which is sad because its summer and i live in texas so i cant go around in jeans. please help!

I am 12 and i want bigger boobs! i am in a small 32a in kids and i want to be a 34a womens by aug.15! i dont want padding or pills or surgery or creams i want my boobs to be real unlike a barbie doll!

I have always used condoms as a birth control method. I used to always use ones with spermicide and never had any problems. My bf and I used to have sex a lot (once a day or more...) with condoms with spermicide. I can't use condoms with spermicide anymore because after sex I am very itchy and have a burning feeling. Is it possible to suddenly be allergic to spermicide like that? Just one day, it affects me? Maybe because I used to use it so much?

I started my period on Sat & I have a Demo on sexuality on Wed.

I’m wondering if Douching on Wed morning & then right before the demo will hurt me in any way?

I will only be “Exposed” for a few minutes and I just need to be “Clean” for that short time. 5 days is a long time but I need to prepare for the worst.

Any ideas or Advice on "Cleaning Up" for the demo?

I know I can't "Stop" or "Speed Up" my period so I'm just looking for cleansing options.

So far my only ideas are the douche and that my period mysteriously "Stops" for the night if I drink Alcohol. (And that isn’t an option on such an important night!)

Okay, so ... I got a couple questions about a womens vagina. For one...you know how we have outer lips? Well what is the littler inner ones? Just the small ones that dont seem to lead anywhere...and what are they for?

I am 12 years old and 4 ft 11. It seems like i have not grown in about a year. I was just wondering at what age does a person usually stop growing in height? It feels like i am going to be this way forever! And i heard about those hormone shots you can take that are supossed to make you grow taller?! Has anyone ever had them before? And do they actually help?-Thanks...

Hello- i recovered from anorexia 5 years ago and ever since i hvea had many problems
( horrible PMS, IBS and a hard time losing weight) My question is after one recovers, does your metabolism permanantly not function as well? Can hypnosis or something else help return to normal. i eat compeltely healthy- macrobiotic and fish and I walk 4 hours a day, but for some reason I can never seem to lose the weight ever since my recovery- any onw who is knowledgeable on this? I have done lots of research but to not much avail.

A girl in the 5th (i'm also in the 5th grade) has her period! i found a used pad in a stall in our school girls bathroom . How do girls get it so fast! i'm scared i might get it to at such yound age! And also My mother got her period at 13 does it mean i will too ? because my sister got hers at 12 1/2 and so did all my other sisters beside on that got hers at 13 . My sister said i might to is that true please help . I have been on birth control before and I know that your period is usually shortnened (or taken away) depending on the brand you use. I just started taking Trivora and I was wondering if anyone else out there has been on this brand before. I started my period on Saturday and took the pill Saturday night. By Sunday morning I was only spotting. As of Sunday night (today) I am already over my period. Almost like it never even started. This sound familiar to anyone? I am not complaining about it by the way :)...and I will call my doctor this week to see if this is normal. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this particular reaction from the pill so fast.

since last night starting at 12 i have been nauses and last night i has diahrea alot and it was green..and i had sum light stomach cramping around 8 in the morning today and i still have diarhea every so often but the nauesea is constant i have been able to eat when i want to since then though i also have been taking zofran cuz i have a supply of it do u think its food poisoning or just an upset stomach?


if it was food poisoning shouldnt i start to feel better soon seeing how it has been a long time since the symptoms started?

A few years ago, starting when I was 8, almost every day I would have a horrible pain in my lower abdomen in the morning for about a half-hour. It was really bad. Also, often when that was happening I would get not diharrea but really soft....you know. I could lessen the pain by moving around and sometimes by drinking water. It happend almost every day until I was 12. I was just wondering if there was anything serious in this.
(I haven't started my period yet, so it couldn't be period pains...or could it??)

I have an extremely light flow, and I've heard that if there's not enough blood, the tampon is harder to use. My period is very very light (I use pantiliners instead of pads) would it be a bad idea to try a tampon? (I've never tried one, I'm only 16.)

My wife was on the depo birth control shot for six months about a year ago. she has returned to the pill. She chose to after gaining wait wich was an expected side effect, However my wife has also lost all sex drive. She is very depressed she has been told it is due to the shot. Is this true? We were also told it would wear of, Will it? We were both very sexual and we are having a very rough time. Is there anything we can do to bring back the Drive? I love her and would never think of cheating or leaving im mostly worried about her becoming dangerously depressed.

My friend has been having a reoccuring UTI for over 6 months now. She went to the doctor a couple of months ago, and was prescribed antibotics. Then it came back. Here is the problem, she doesnt have any medical insurance, and no money. I am trying to find some medication she can take (besides AZO) or possibly some type of vitamin or herb, that could clear this up. Any women who have been in this situation, please help me out. She is in pain, and its been getting worse each time it comes back. She is drinking PLENTY of water and cranberry. Also taking cranberry pills, and the AZO. (Just wanted to note that in)
