pretty sure i had one once.
i was having an erotic dream, and all of a sudden a rush of good feelings came over me and i woke up like 'wow! what was in that dream?!'
bahaha so i guess that would constitute as a 'wet dream' although, i dont remember if there was any wetness..
but certainly, anyone can orgasm in their sleep.

Jackie, there are no stupid questions. Boys have wet dreams and evidently you already know about that. When boys have wet dreams they ejaculate semen. Thats why it is referred to as a "wet dream".
No doubt females have something comparable to wet dreams but no one seems to know if there is any ejaculation during climax or if it is just a release of urine. Most seem to think that the female just becomes more moist.
So, I guess it will be up to a female to give you a good answer on that, if they can. In the meantime, take care of yourself and have a good life. Pops

Yes, of course. Some do a lot more than others because obviously, some girls have a much bigger sex drive. It's a thing that variates very much depending on the individual.
Actually, some girls DO ejaculate. I know for a fact it can happen during sex at the least if not during very erotic dreams. If that is too unreal to believe, look up the term "female ejacualtion" if you want.

Yes.
They just don't necessarily physically express them the same way a boy does.
Boys and girls both can have dreams that can cause the appropriate physical reaction.
Now, assuming you are the apparent age you seem to be, and your parents are unapproachable, your school nurse/councilor and your doctor are possible starting points. You can also visit any number of Women's Centres on a drop-in basis (if there are any in your area)

Girls/Women can and do have sexual dreams. I personally have never had an orgasim during one, so I guess technically it wouldn't be a wet dream. The reason they are called wet dreams for guys is because the dream is so arousing for them that they ejaculate in their sleep and wake up "wet".

Of course yes... but not perhaps just not "as wet" . It is just a dream about having sex. It generally a term used to describe the dream with reference to boys because such dreams for adolescent boys can seem so real that it can cause them to ejaculate seminal fluid in their sleep.

Guys do not have a period. That person is not helping. A wet dream is generally a dream in which you are sexually excited/aroused. So technically, yes. Don't worry too much about this topic.

Yes, girls do get wet dreams, as well as guys. We all have the same wants, desires etc... The one thing that differs is the gender. And believe me, guys do have a period too!
