i dont want to wear a tampon.

can i just wear one piece bathers, and then wear board shorts over it?

should i wear undies under my one piece bathers, then wear board shorts over that??

I GOT MY IUD INSERTED 3 YEARS AGO, AND HAVE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. IT HAS STARTED WITH CRAMPS, FATIGUE, SEVERE MOOD SWINGS, I HAVE NOTHING BUT BAD DAYS, AND THEY SEEM TO GET WORSE!!! I weighed myself today and wanted to cry. Im 5'1 162lbs.
Does anyone out there have any ideas of how to lose this weight (30lbs)? If I work out at least one hour for 4 days....how soon will I see results? Please..NO "funny" remarks. I feel bad as it is. Help!

so i started my period 2weeks early and like the 5th day into it i started feelings kinda itchy and irritated and i scratched till it hurt so bad! and then took a shower to try and cool it down and wut not and when i got out it was like red and looked like it could bleed from the itching (and i put this yeast infection cream on) and today its been 2days and it still feels kinda irritated and my b/f fingered me and my whole vagina is like swelled up even my clit!! so do i have maybe a yeast infection? or something???? what do u think?

I have a very inconsistent cycle and I am going on vacation in 10 days. I absolutely do not want my period during vacation but I am not currently on birth control so I wanted to know if it would be ok for me to start taking it now in order to not get my period. Currently it has been 27 days since my last period (but my last for cycles were 45,32, and 60 days so I have no clue when to expect it). So should I just wait and see if i get my period before my vacation? Or should I start taking the pills now to push back my period for the next two weeks? Thanks.

I know there are several types of the "pill" (I was onOrtho-Tri-Cyclen for three years and finally had to stop, it just wasn't working for me, I was also starting to get blood clots, so no more hormonal birth control for me! . . and no I don't smoke!)

What was your experience with it?
What would you recommend besides the pill?
Do you think there is too much "hype" about it?

Yeah, I know alot of questions . . . .but I'm just curious about other peoples viewpoints on this!

After my experiences with it, I'm sticking to barrier methods.

is this normal at the doc. once i lie down they lift up my shirt all the way and feel breast. then feel belly then lift up undies and peek. I switched to pads, they just work better for me. I'm thinking of buying the ones you can wash and re-use, makes sense to me!
