Today i felt extra dizzy and light headed. My blood pressure was 90/50. I think normal blood pressure is 120/80. What is the causes of low blood pressure?

Dehydration can cause low blood pressure.

Some medications as well as diet, dehydration, some illnesses, and for some people it is normal to have low blood pressure for them...but if it causing you symptoms than you need to see a doctor.

Low volume of blood(anemic)
Heart failure
The list goes on you need to see a physician.
120/80 is the normal range

Dehdration and not eating sufficient food.Get it checked out.
