Do you know how to do pelvic floor (Kengal) exercises? This is the best way to strengthen the muscle that controls bladder leakage. It is quite often taught to pregnant and new mums, to reduce the chance of slight bladder weakness (stress incontinence).
How to do it? First you need to locate the appropriate muscles. They are the ones that should tighten to hold water. To find which one, go to the toilet, start to urinate, and see if you can stop/slow the stream mid-wee, that's the one you want. If you are tensing the rear passage, then you have the wrong muscle. When done properly, you should feel a tightening and lifting of the vagina. Once you locate the right muscles, you tighten and loosen that muscle in 5 second bursts, in lots of 20 - 40, 2 - 4 times a day, building up in length and repetition as you improve your control. They can be done at any time as no one can see that you are doing them.
The secondary bonus is it gives you control of a powerful muscle while having sex too.

here, you can try it right now, start 10secs, 15secs, 20, 30, 35.... so on so forth, holding your bladder as if you really have to pee, but cannot find a bathroom. do this several times a day for about 30 seconds, and you should ever so slightly be able to strengthen your bladder muscles.

When you are peeing make yourself stop and hold it in until you start to dribble. Then let yourself pee a little and do it again. Keep on doing that until you are finished.
