i'm 4 day days late on my period and i was in the er 2 days ago because i was feeling bad
the dr there ran tests( blood and urine) and it came out that i have a uti infection and my pregnacy test was negetive but my period is still not here, i'm worried

Stress certainly can affect your menstrual cycle & make it late. I would have a 2nd test run, if you don't start bleeding soon.

Stress regardless of whether the cause is good or bad can also cause our periods to be a bit late too.
I would also recommend following up with your OB/GYN if you have one if your period hasn't come by Mon.

I'm just going out on a limb here, but maybe you are pregnant and have an infection?
