i took plan b morning after pill last sunday and i got spottingg yesterday and today, i recently went to my doctor to get birth control and they said to start it the sunday of my period. but i really dont want to wait because i want to be protected right away, what should i do,, when should i take it?

When i get my period i tend to get VERY bad cramps and everything i take (midol, asprin, etc.) doesn`t seem too help at all. Do you know anything else that can ease the cramps .. if you do please let me know ..

The doctor told me that it is 99% affective but my friend said that it is actually more like only 50%. Does anybody know how affective Ortho-Tri-Cyclen really is? Also how likely is it that you will get pregnant while taking the pill but not using condoms as well?

i recently had cryosurgery to burn off some cells. some 5 weeks later i have sufferd a miscarrige to a pregnancie i new nothing about. i was never even asked if i could be pregnant. did they have an obligation to check this out and could this procedure have caused this misscarige. please help me find some answers i feel so desperate to understand.

ok, me and muh girl are 19. im in college and she's not. i only see her durin some weekends and during breaks. she recently told me she was pregnant. but before i found this out, since we been together, she said she been using birthcontrol. We also use a condom too. We have had no problems with broken condoms or anythang. so through birthcontrol and condom she somehow got pregnant. My fam says i should get a DNA test when the child is born. And some think she may have been lying about taking birth control. Is it still possible to get pregnant through a condom and birthcontrol?

i am 31 yrs old.and by breasts r sagging and loose.i heard there r ceratain breast exercises that women do that build the breast muscles such that they become firm.i also want them lifted.if i can build the breast muscles then i guess the sag and the looseness will automatically go.i also want to increase my bust size.and i dont want tp go in to surgery or take any pills which have longterm harmful effects.my boyfriend left me cos of this reason whom i loved more than my life.pls help me.

I'm very active throughout the day and at times when i'm on my menses, I often have a tampon on for a lenghty amount of time.. Is this safe or can this cause any type of health risks.. infections and so on?

And is it safe to wear a tampon to bed, granted that you get up and change throughout the night?

Not trying to break the First Amenment but this is why its girls only! Well i noticed on my toliet paper ( i no its gross ) but i had like whitish/yellowish stuff on it! Ewwwww!
