I think that it may be a good idea for you to learn how to use an tampon. Using a tampon can be difficult (I know that from experience. I don't use them often). But if you start now you will get it by the time you have to go to Disney world. Having a deadline or a goal will help.

Your mom is right, a tampon is the best bet for swimming during your period. Maybe you can insert it without her help but since she is offering I would take her up on it. A pad will just get soaked in the pool water and not absorb any of the menstrual fluid. Let your mom help you with this- that is what having a nice mom is for.

You don't have to let your mom show you physically how to insert a tampon, but you could let her explain it to you. If you aren't comfortable with that, buy a box of tampons and read the enclosed information. It describes to you how to use them, how often to change them, etc. It's not that bad to insert one as long as you relax when you do it. If you choose not to use tampons then you will have to relax on the beach instead of going in the water. Good luck and have fun on vacation!

I placed on pads with denims (no longer shorts, yet denims) and it is not undesirable. i do no longer think of you will have many problems with shorts. Sorry related to the cramps, be beneficial to take an advil or something before you bypass (they are going to have them at lodge present-shops and CVS. Worst case ask a woman chaperon to get some for you) and then shop some with you. I additionally could take a nutrition in case you have elementary accessibility to them, they are going to replace some you lose when you consider which you're physique desires to furnish nutrition for a new child. Then be beneficial to drink particularly some water, it helps with the cramps. For the main area you will merely be status waiting in lines, so it is not THAT undesirable.

Tampon or no swimming.
Buy the slenderest tampons that have a plastic applicator. Apply a little lube on the tip of it and follow the directions on the package.

Just let your mom, or your doctor show you how to use a tampon, it will not hurt, you wont even notice it. and just remember your body is nothing your mother hasnt already seen.
