Sweetheart just keep taking the pills as you are supposed to it usually doesnt come on the first day sometimes it can take a few days too... If you get 2 weeks past when it is due see your dr. Being that you are new to the pill it may be your body just adjusting. I am not sure about the pill where you live but the white pills here are hormone free and are usually the time when you get your period. From personal experience I get my period towards the end of the white pills and I just keep taking the coloured ones sometimes my period is still going but only for a couple of days. Hope this helps

Take the pill anyway, even if you don't get your period that day. I've been on birth control for 5 years and I almost never get it the first day of my white pill. No worries :) Just make sure to NEVER miss a pill.

Most women taking birth control pills start their period on the 3rd or 4th day of the inactive pills. If you do not get your period start your next pack as usual but reassure yourself and do a pregnancy test as well.

If you don't get your period during the white pills, just start your next pack. BC pills are not an exact science, so it may come before or after the white pills.

Give it a few pill packs, since you just started it will take some time for your body and the pills to get used to each other.

It's not uncommon for your cycle to be disrupted when you just start on BC pills... if you miss a period don't fret the next one should come once your period and the BC get in sync with each other... hopefully if you're having sex you're having protected sex and that's not the issue you're worrying about...
