Will my hymen brake? I'm only 12 and I don't want to break it. Plus I'd be scared to.
I'm sorry if this sounds dumb.

Thanks a lot!

no it def. wont....a tampon doesnt go that deep in anyway to even touch it
the first time u use it, try using one of those light ones, because theyre slimmer. you dont wanna stick a Super plus absorbency ur first time! and DONT FORGET ABOUT IT! change it very often.
and no, ur question wasn't dumb. I used to wonder the same thing

particularly? Use what you sense delicate with. i've got been menstruating for sixteen years and use pads almost solely with the aid of fact i did not like getting blood on my arms while changing a tampon in a public restroom. i've got in no way heard of the stereotype of basically youthful girls human beings using pads, so i would not difficulty too plenty. I even have friends who use sponges, Diva Cups and reusable fabric pads as properly. If that is delicate, secure and helpful, there is not something to be embarrassed approximately.

Most girls have a small area that the tampon can fit through. So it most likely will not break. Dont be scared to use a tampon its not a big deal when you get used to it. Just relax and if you dont know how to use one there are instructions in the box or you could ask your mom/aunt/grandma/ or some other woman that you are close to. Hope this helps! :)

There are many ways for the hymen to break, I personally would not worry about if your hymen is intact or not.

Tampons may break it, but not usually. I've heard someone put it in too far and it broke her hymen.

i really dont like tampons either. whenever i try to put them in, i have to stop because it hurts. as long as youre inserting them right, it shouldnt break. ask your mom or a nurse or something to help you put it in for the first time if youre scared.
