You cant really do anything to make it heal fast. But this is weird, but you could pour orange juice on it. It will sting really bad, but all the vitamins in the juice will clean and help the cut. Mine only took 2-5 days to heal!

You can use a very small amount of polysporin ointment (not cream) to help it heal, however that will not stop the burning or discomfort. However, your best bet is to see a doctor and maybe get a prescribed ointment, you really can't take chances with the opening area, especially where infection is concerned. I know it's hard, but you can always ask a pharmacist or technician. I used to be one, so that is my advice to you

Just leave it and be extremely gentle when cleaning and after using the restroom. i wouldn't put any products on that area or you may end up with a yeast infection
