They could go anywhere from an A cup to a J cup, you'll never know until you are in your 20's as that is when your breasts are usually fully formed.

Breast growth varies from person to person. It is the amt of hormone called estrogen that controls breast growth. However, when the breast tissues have grown enough, this hormone just controls engorgement. This is different from engorgement caused by another hormone prolactin which has to do with lactation or milk production.
Another factor causing breast size is fat deposits. Breast size is generally adipose tissue. So with much adipose tissue, breast gets bigger. It is very evident in obese women who possess huge breasts. So as long as U get fats developed in U, ur breast size won't stop getting bigger.

They grow until they stop growing. Breasts are primarily fatty tissue, there for they can change as you gain and lose weight, and they get approximately two sizes bigger at the end of pregnancy then they are different after.

I think...my sister once told me that women grow until they are 21,,,,You might stop growing earlier or later..but I think that is the braking point of growth for women.
