there are no muscles in the breast, there are muscles underneath, the pectoral muscles. you can exercise these, and they may get bigger, but your actual breasts will still sag. honestly, the only way to perk em up is get a really good bra, or some plastic surgery. I'm voting on the bra. But don't worrk about your boyfriend. Those who mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind. Keep your chin up.

Point one: if your "boyfriend" left you because he doesn't like your breasts, he's not your friend. Forget him. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
There are no muscles in your breasts. There are muscles beneath your breasts and there is connective tissue that helps keep them from sagging, but that tissue is tissue, not muscle, and cannot be exercised.
You can exercise the back and chest muscles, to improve their tone, so you you are fuller and firmer. To minimizing sagging, you may want to lose some body fat, as well, since the major component of the breast is fat tissue.
Couple the two and you can do a lot to improve your appearance.
Resistance training is the most effective thing you could do to improve your situation. Consider circuit training for the entire body. It's quick, intense and effective.

Losing weight will not help the sagginess and working out may or may not help you with your bust size as it depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.
The only way to go would be a breast lift with implant.
And your ex-boyfriend was worthless if he left you because of your breasts, he obviously did not love you, sorry to be harsh, but count yourself lucky and find a great guy who loves your body no matter what it looks like.

Okay .. I understand part of your problem ... I am 34 and a 32 D, and they are not as perky as when I was a 32 C and I have trouble finding good bras.
-Building mscl underneath ... yes it will help fill out the area some.
-Nutrition .... antioxidants lots of them help support/promote skin elasticity ..... I take a multi vitamin + other daily essentials from Melaleuca it is really good. My mother, who has heart problems, tried mine and immediately felt a change in her energy for the better.
-Lotion. Many lotions have antioxidants in them also I remember seeing in an Avon catalog a firming lotion for breast - didn't try it bout saw it.
As to boyfriend ..... go watch French Kiss ... "first you will forget his ...." . That is a poor excuse to give for leaving someone. Move on. Live life. Do bench presses. Do yoga. Smile. And get some real support in your life, from a GOOD BRA. check out Athleta.com ..... great support!

me again i answerd the same question of yours but try push ups,diet ,the plank
the plank lying your body flat on te ground and lift you body u using the back hand of your arms and make sure your body is straight for 60 sec but not too long it can caue pain inthe stomach for 2 days if you cant understand the instructions try research i tryed those exersizes in an excersize class ask at gym dont be shy to ask at the gym
