I started my period on Sat & I have a Demo on sexuality on Wed.

I’m wondering if Douching on Wed morning & then right before the demo will hurt me in any way?

I will only be “Exposed” for a few minutes and I just need to be “Clean” for that short time. 5 days is a long time but I need to prepare for the worst.

Any ideas or Advice on "Cleaning Up" for the demo?

I know I can't "Stop" or "Speed Up" my period so I'm just looking for cleansing options.

So far my only ideas are the douche and that my period mysteriously "Stops" for the night if I drink Alcohol. (And that isn’t an option on such an important night!)

Thanks!

Douching is not a good thing to do anytime, it can flush bacteria into your uterus, especially during your period when your cervix is more open. If you have a diaphragm, you could put that in to hold the flow, or they also have a menstrual "cup" that works the same way. Also, there is a way you can "speed it up." There is only a finite amount of blood that is in there, once it's all out, you're finished. I have found that having an orgasm makes more come out faster, so you could try masturbating or having sex a few times between now and then.

I am not sure what you are talking about when you say "Demo." I will tell you that douching is never good. The vagina is a "self cleansing" organ. The bacteria that are naturally in the vagina keep it healthy and fresh. When you douche you get rid of that good bacteria. This can give you yeast infections, which itch terribly and make your vagina smell foul. Please look at this website.

There really isn't a lot you can do to stop your period. The hormones in birth control pills can regulate your period so you have control over when you start and stop your periods. Email me if you want me to give you more info.

I am really curious as to what this "demo" is.

shooting weddings no longer purely demands technical wisdom of the digital camera and lighting fixtures, yet posing and technique. First, I advise particularly reading some professional sites for poses. Your concept of an indoor studio is super provided which you recognize studio lighting fixtures. outdoors 4 hundred ISO could be ok, in case you employ studio lighting fixtures, a hundred.acquaintances in many cases assume in case you may take super photographs of mountains and streams which you additionally can take super wedding ceremony photographs, yet it quite is style of like asking a foot physician to take out your appendix. I had my wedding ceremony photographs ruined via a properly meaning buddy my husband employed..I would desire to declare ex- buddy...over 30 years in the past and it nonetheless hurts. luckily we additionally went to a expert studio for a sitting that day! (could be a great suggestion!)
