i need to get a firm belly by middle of June. im not fat @ all, i just need to get firm and build muscles on my arms. i have a 5 lb weight and 3 lbs weights. im
5'4"
age: 19
stomach is 34"
and my weight is 113 - 114 (somewhere around there)
here is my excersises:
40 sit up's on exercise ball
40 sit up's on floor (my elbows touching my knees)
lift 3 lb weights (bicep curl) 55 times
lift 3 lb weights from top of my shoulder to the air(above my head) - 15 times
then for my legs i do squats 10 on 1st rep, then REST, then 10 more (holding 5 lb weights).
does this sound like it would help me tone? should i do more? if so, what and how many? and when i get done with iteverything, i feel like its been a really good workout, but then the next day, i dont feel sore or anything. ive been doin this for about 2 days now. 2day will be my 3rd.
i walk and job about on average ummm, 3 day a week
