I am 22 yrs old been on the pill for 5 years. I usually have tenderness in my breast when I am about to start but I had my period about 10 days ago. The hurt started about 2-3 days ago and my nipples are always hard now. But the gyno just switched my pills on me. So I think its either that or I am just pregnant. Help!

Which diet pill has your vote?
I am doing some research on diet pills. From what I have found so far the best working ones are Lipvox, Ephedrasil, Slim Quick, and Zalestrim.
Although Lipvox and Ephedrasil seem the best, they are VERY expensive about $100 a bottle. So, I am looking more at Slim Quick and Zalestrim.
Slim Quick claims they are the best for woman, attacking fat areas that give woman problems. If it works as well as it says it does, than its worth it for the price.
Zalestrim claims to aid in weight loss, says that it "awakens" the hormones and tissues in the breasts, enhancing them slightly, and it also claims to have a sexual stimulant. This one also sounds reasonable for the price - if it works.
I am mainly looking for opinions on the last two products, but if you have used the first two let me know what you thought. I am NOT looking for your opinion on diet pills in general, I don't want to hear how you feel are "bad"...My question is which one of these do you prefer, do you know work? Thanks.

I read somewhere that that is true, but I can't remember where and I just want to make sure I am not making it up. :P But honestly, maybe that is why we crave so much chocolate and carbs, b/c we are burning it off??? Just an idea...

My sister has been getting the shot for like 6 yrs now, and she always feels tired and if she has intercourse at all she bleeds. The main thing lately is after her shot she gets INSANE migrains and now severe constipation. I am worried about her! I work in a hospital and a patient , who is also on the shot came in for a bone scan and said that her physician told her this shot may cause bone loss, which made me wonder what else could go wrong. Perhaps it has nothing to do with the shot, i dont know!

She and i are nature loving, natural kind of people. Her doctor wants to use drugs, but she prefers a more natural plan due to side effects of these drugs. Is there a plan (natural herbs, nutrition, etc.) that I can tell her about to help her? I tell her to stop worrying about her emotional, uh er, melt downs.?. The doctors don't seem to want to discuss "natural therapy" for some reason.

Hi, I'm 20 years old and I recently saw an ad on tv saying that if you are over 18 or have ever had sex then you should have a pap smear test every 2 years or so. I've never had one before and cancer is common in my family so I'm kind of worried and think maybe I should get one. I know I should ask a doctor about this but I'm too embarrassed. Are they painful? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks
