My daughter had the same problem and my suggestion is that you see a gynaecologist and and see if the cyst can be drained .I have seen her in pain and it had to be checked .You have to have done more than once at the same time you are sure that it isn't anything more than a cyst . You can't be too careful and you have take any kind of pain seriously and have it checked by a specialist .Good luck

moist heat over abdominal area helps me....I take a towel, wet it and put in microwave to heat. Then I kick back and just put it right on my lower abdomen. When I am able, I also sit in a warm tub, gradually increasing hot water until it is QUITE warm. I have had ovarian cysts 'pop' with this treatment. Just don't stay in hot water longer than 10 minutes or so, as it will make you faint. Good luck and God bless.

I can see why you couldn't be able to use aspirin and ibuprofen since they thin the blood but I'm not sure why you can't use tylenol products. Your doctor should be able to suggest something or recommend something.

You need to call your doc and ask him what he recommends for you. If you are limited in what you can take your best bet is to ask the doc so call and talk to his nurse about this.
