You didn't mention how far into the pregnancy you are. It is imperative you see a physician ASAP. This will not only determine the status, viability, and gestational age of the pregnancy but you also need to have your body assessed. The cytotec can affect the cervix in a way that it may be more difficult to carry a pregnancy to term. As far as the questions of risks to the fetus, that too needs to be pursued with a physician and/or a genetic counselor asap. Blood tests and sonograms will be a good place to start and there are other diagnostic tests that can also be more specific at identifying problems or ruling them out. Please, please, please seek care today and tell them all the details so they can best help you and your baby. Take care.

Congenital anomalies sometimes associated with fetal death have been reported subsequent to the unsuccessful use of misoprostol as an abortifacient but the drug’s teratogenic mechanism has not been demonstrated. Several reports in the literature associate the
use of misoprostol during the first trimester of pregnancy with skull defects, cranial nerve palsies, facial malformations, and limb defects.

Go to the doc and have some tests done, the fetus may be in danger, good luck to you and God Bless

Relax, the baby is to come anyway, give it love, and take folic acid, have a sonography and get rid of worries.
