when you ovulate you get a small cyst where the egg left the ovary...sometimes it causes a little pain....usually heals on it's own and is fine. ibuprophen will take care of it....if it's a lot of pain you should see a Dr. because the cyst is not healing and may actually get larger and worse.

I do. theres a name for those aches too. its mittleshmertz — a twinge or ache low in the abdomen and to one side, when they ovulate

I do and thats because I have a ovarian cyst that is 10cm x 6 cm!

I was told by my doctor years ago...start to take ibuprofen (very little) a few days before you start and it will stave off any pain or make it milder.

I do once in a while. It doesn't always happen. They are usually pretty mild so I don't have to take a pain reliever for it.

Oh yah!!! I get them bad, it feels like someone's sbabbing me over and over again, it has never felt good
