If he's wearing a condom, he should pull out because otherwise when he loses his erection, it may slip off and stay inside of you which then could result in it spilling in your vagina therefore it's given you no protection.

Yes. After he ejaculates he should hold the condom on and carefully pull out so that he does not spill the semen. Then take the condom off and dispose of it. Always use a new condom for each sexual act.

yes !! he is supposed 2 pull out when he "CUmz" but its not guaranteed to prevent pregnancy that why u need to take the pill so if one fails there is a backup plan.

Well, during sex there isn't anything that anybody is "supposed" to do. Its a personal preference.
