Either Poise Pads or you may be able to fit into Goodnights ( by like Huggies they are for kids but they run in big sizes.)My daughter (who is older) wears the goodnights because she has a bladder problem and you honestly cant notice them, they are thin and they are super absorbent (they dont leak).

You should really be under a doctor's care for your seizures. You can get medication to reduce or even eliminate your seizures.
There really isn't anything else out there that I am aware of for full bladder release besides Depends type products. You could try wearing a maxi pad in conjunction with going to the bathroom more often. That way your bladder wouldn't be as full when you have a seizure, and the pad could hopefully absorb all the wetness.

ohhhh thats awful hun, I would try a regular maxi pad. Do the seizures happen often? I don't know much about epilepsy but I do know there are medications avaliavble that help... of course, i'm sure u already know that. Sorry I can't be more help. perhaps keep an extra pair of jeans on hand at all times. btw, i'm sure NOBODY who witnesses this is juging you in anyway for wetting your pants.

http://www.poise.com/products/prod_light_mod.asp I know you said you didn't want depends but look at this, maybe this can help. I also have epilepsy but I don't have this problem. Take care hun. P.S Don't worrie about what other people think, like someone else said, they most likely aren't judging you because of this they are probably more focused on your seizure.

Try the pads the astronauts use. Or use the restroom more often.

It would be best for you to ask your doctor, he may know of something the rest of us don't.
