Me and my two best friends are going to myrtle beach for spring break. We arent big people or anything but we would really like to get in better shape before we go. even though ther isnt much time. Does anybody have any good suggestions and stuff to get somewhat fast or effective ideas/

There is not fast way that is still healthy. You need to change your lifestyle. Being lazy and eating unhealthy eleven months out of the year is not going to be reversed by one month of diet and exercise.
