Look at the beauty mags and the models...they see all the advertising for what false beauty is and thus they lie about their weight....

Some women don't find it necessary to lie. However, most women do either because society views their weight to be too much or they themselves do not feel that their weight is good for them and are not comfortable.

Hey, give us a break! We are afterall WOMEN! Not sure why women would lie not only about their weight but sometimes, their age too! You don't have to get emotional or worked up with that, do you?

Some women do lie about their age because of insecurity on their part. Not all women do that.

Vanity and embarrassment. It's silly though...someone can look at me and tell if I'm fat or not, so knowing the number associated with it means nothing really.
If one is embarrassed about their weight, the ideal thing to do would be change the weight...not fabricate the number.
