are my boobs to big?

i am 13 and have cup size D and im only 4'9' and it seems like guys only like me for my chest cuz thats all the talk about or look at. but its weird because im only a 105bls and ppl ask me at least 2 a day do i stuff or wear a padded bra but its true theyre huge i dont noe what to do and i no i cant do much about it and it bugs me all the time to look down and at my short body and see a face full of jugs. what do u think any suggestions

you may want to go and buy some new bras. Especially ones that are classified as minimizers. try nordstroms. A lot times those types of bras can make your breasts look a lot smaller.

Unfortunately since they are natural, there's not a whole lot you can do. You are still a growing girl, otherwise I would suggest possible breast reduction. However, you should really wait until you stop growing for such an operation. Not to mention it is very expensive procedure.

You may also want to watch what types of clothing you wear. Try not to wear things that are extremely low cut or too revealing. That will only add to the situation. Camoflouge is the way to go. don't wear tops with spaghetti straps, wear tank tops that allow you to wear real bras.
