Do u think like doctors get grossed out looking at ppl's privates? is anyone else scared or embarressed when they have 2 get pap smears n stuff? im a lil bigger i feel like i dont know u know what im talking about?

I don't think they really care about what they are looking at. I mean they see so many privates a day, it's like looking at an arm or a leg or a nose. I'm embarrased too, but for different reasons. I don't care what they look at or what I look like to them. What bothers me is the noises I might make during the exam. It has never actually happened to me, but I would be horrified if I farted. Now THAT would embarrass me!

I worked as an exam room assistant at Planned Parenthood when I was in high school. After the first couple of pelvic exams I assisted with, I got used to seeing everything. I was never grossed out.

I think they are true professional and never would admit to being grossed out. I know they have to be grossed out dealing with certain cases most people body odor is enough to make me throw up imagine castration or sexual transmitted diseases with sores and puss yuck. I got grossed out just mentioning it.

Doctors have seen every size, colour, shaven, unshaven private part out there. It is nothing to them. Don't be embarrassed. I feel a little akward, but you get over it.

I get embarrased. Especially if its a male doctor. I dont think they care. They wanted to be a doctor after all.

No I don't get embarrassed, they see those private parts all day everyday, they aren't going to go home and think to themselves "man so and so was really gross".

I think DR.'s are trained and they probably don't think too much about it unless they get a very smelly person. We all feel uncomfortable during these exams.

not after they've been in the field for so long I'm sure. Don't worry, just make sure you are washed up before you go and you'll be fine.

if they get grossed out then they shouldn't be doctors.... im sure its fine, just relax and it be less embarrasing for you and the doctor :)
