Eat whole natural foods...maybe some gluten free foods (even if you don't have celiac disease the ingrefients and nutrition is pretty great)...and don't forget to count calories...that is you need 500 less of what you normally have to lose a pound or two a week (safe amount).

Start by eating small meals along with breakfast/lunch/dunner (especially breakfast!) 2-3hours, don't get hungry, and it helps if you do aerobics and anaerobics 3+ times a week.

Whole grain products are a + too.
Eggs are nice with the protein
Albacore tuna (virtually carb free, full of protein)

This is sort of a longshot, but an herb called gymenna sylvestre (spelling?) is known to be a "sugar blocker"...I think by raising insuling or something before something like that...it might help with your sugar problem.

Guacomole is a fun, healthy snack...although it's on the fatning( good fats)/calorie side, but it's still whole.

Good luck

The exact same way as you would without food issues. Proper diet and exercise. Consult with a nutritionist about a proper diet for you if you haven't already. Cutting out sweets and junk should not be hard as you can't have it anyway. Drink lots of water.

Its not impossible, believe me.
