For the past few days I've felt dizzy when moving about and it lingers for a few minutes before it passes. I also occassionally get a feeling like my entire body is trembling. And, as if that wasn't enough of a problem, I feel nauseous too.

Just to narrow down the possiblities here:
- not pregnant
- not on my period
- no pre-existing conditions
- eating normally
- no strenuous activity
- no other symptoms

Any ideas you might have on what I should do or what it might be are very much appreciated! Thanks.

Ok, I’m 17 and i have very VERY abnormal periods (i mean like 1, or 2 periods every like 5-8 months, and I haven‘t had sex in 7 months because of this problem… I thought I was pregnant but I’m not.) so i went to the doctor and she put me on birth control, she told me all about it and when I’m supposed to start next month. well that was a week ago and i just started today... is that bad? Isn’t it supposed to keep you from having your period??? And also they found out when i went that i have a couple assets on my ovaries but there not big enough to have an operation. Could that have anything to do with it? I’m having SO MUCH pain rite now. Worse then cramping! Please IM, E-mail, Answer ANYTHING i need some advice, PLEASE HELP! WHAT DO I DO???

For the last year I have been taking Seasonale birth control which reduced my period to 4 times a year. The last cycle for the pills started in mid October and I usually spot between cycles but this last one I didn't.. About 3 weeks ago I felt this hard bump about the size of a softball around my belly button. It doesn't stick out unless I'm laying down. When I felt it I experienced a sharp pain and about 30 minutes later I went to the restroom and I had 3-4 bright red blood drops. For the next week I was spotting light pink to brown, but 2 weeks ago I passed a large clump of blood half the size of my palm and was bleeding for a few days. Since then I have been spotting brown to black. Sometimes I get sharp pains and I've had minimul cramps, and the last couple months I've gotten bigger but really haven't gained much weight. I can't get an appt. with my OBGYN for another month. I don't know if this is normal or what.

i have released a white blood cell everyday, when i check my undies theres always a marked of it. Is it normal or not because i ask my officemate regarding this and she has'nt been experiencing of this.

I recently bought a box of Instead and it was very uncomfortable to use. I was wondering if I was using it wrong or what your experiences have been with it. It felt like it was pushing against my bladder and blocking it all at the same time. I went to the website and heard a few convincing testimonials, but I was wondering what "real" people's experiences have been. Also I heard "clean" sex is possible with this product. What are your experiences with that aspect?

I have been told that I have a cyst on one of my ovaries (detected by ultrasound), and have been told by my OBGYN that I will have to have that ovary removed. I do believe that there is a bit of scar tissue located around that ovary and that tube... anyone with experience or real ideas, as to why I need to have the ovary its self removed; instead of the cyst, would help me out a lot with my decision, and would help me to educate myself a little more....

Thanks a head of time... Im losing a lot of sleep over the lack of education on this topic, and worrying myself to death!!!!!!!

AND YES, RECOMMENDED WEB SITES WOULD HELP A LOT.
But would love to know if anyone else out there is now or has ever gone through this one, or has heard of this "major removal" of the ovary because of a cyst!!!!!! ty ty ty ty

Hey. Well my boyfriend & I of a few years had to suffer the shock of are life [so far], our condom broke. We werent able to acknowledge this fact until of course we pulled out.

This happened at around 9:00-9:30pm. As soon as we realized this I called the local CVS asap. I made sure they had Plan B in stock & went there to get it asap. I took the 1st pill @ 10:40 and I'll be taking the 2nd one at 10:40am tomorrow, since you're supposed to take it 12hrs after the 1st one.

The pill is known to be affective 72hrs after unprotected sex, and the sooner you take the pill the better it will work, 89%[i believe] chance of it working.

Would you say that I'm almost very safe, since I took the 1st pill 1hr after the unsafe sex? Have any females or boyfriends/husband been faced w/ this same matter? I would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks guys.

PS. Please don't judge me. I don't take birth control because of the health risks & it's not my fault the condom broke.

I know that you can take pills for cramps and such, but do they work on the mood swings? I get some real bad ones and I hate the way it makes me feel. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm 15 and a virgin. This week is the week of my period and lately I have been getting dark brown discharge and little blood....When I wipe, there's little blood and on the pads the blood and discharge is dark. My period didn't skip last month and my period is usually heavy the first three days and it's been three days already.

I've been going to the doctors for the last 4 months for anxiety attacks and have been on Effexor and Ativan. My teacher who is my friend is very worried about me becuase im so easily put in tears or close too, my sleeping and eating habits have been off and i've become very anxious. She made me book an appointment at the doctors and wants to go with me becuase 1) my family doesnt know i'm on them and 2) shes afraid im not telling the doctor 100% of what im experiancing. Would you let her come with you?? Wouldnt the doctor shrugg her shoulders at me ?? Please your opinion helps

Heres the facts:For 3 months i've had burning when i pee.Doctors thought it was bladder infection because there WAS bacteria, so i took antibiotics, 3 times! but it didnt go away.No STD's, not a yeast, not a bacterial infection.they did a cystoscopy and found nothing.There is no more bacteria..since i took the antibiotics but the burning is still there. I usually dont have frequency but sometimes do... One day it wont burn all day and the next it will burn for hours. I am not having sex. I am on Ortho tri cyclen birth control but started taking those pills after i had these symptoms so it cant be from that. My urologist says i should get this surgery that shows if i have interstitial cystitis. Other doctors don't think i have it,personally dont think i have it... What else could this be...it is unbearable when it starts burning. Also when i have frequency (which isn't all the time) it just drips out a little bit when i push the urine out. Its not the laundry detergent either.thoughts?

I finally got the surgery approved by my health insurance so I am scheduling a date asap with this surgeon. He has great recommendations from some family friends that had the same procedure.
Do you have any recommendations or questions I should ask? For example, my aunt told me to loose as much weight as possible so when they do the lift it won't sag if I have to loose 20lbs. I don't think I am that overweight, but could loose a few ;)

Embarrassing, but in need of advice?
Im 13 and started my period in Noember...I use tampons now, but they usually are very hard to get out and hurt...sometimes to the point where my eyes water lol. I know this happens when the tampon is too big, but I am extremley petite, but have a heavy flow (I'm talking like 4'8) what is the best tampon to use for this problem? I was told to use pads, but I really prefer not to, besides...I bleed through those quickly
