The real truth is that there's no 100% way to tell. You could have hit an early set of growth spurts and only wind up being where you are. On the contrary, you could sprout to 5'10. I would take into consideration the height of your parents and their parents, but I would take it with a grain of salt. It's not a guarenteed thing in any direction. Many people are outgrowing their parents by half a foot these days!

Are you relatives on the tall side? Then I would saw yes. If they are average, chances are you will be of average height. Right now you are on the tall side do not listen to the others. The next few years will tell the truth. Girls normally hit their peak at around 16 years old.

No hun. Besides being tall is beautiful. You may be taller than the guys @ 1st, but as you get older you'll see you aren't that tall. I'm 5'7 & Ive always been taller than most girls my age, and I was always wondering if I was too tall since my female friends were mostly very small in height. Don't worry hun.

Both of my parents are pretty tall put I am of average height. It usually depends on the parent and how tall they are, sometimes your genes reach back to your grand parents so check and see how tall your grand parents are. If that doesn't add up you can also pretty much tell how tall you are just by looking at the rest of your family

It depends on whether you have hit puberty yet. If you haven't, you probably will have a growth spurt when you do. But since you are only 12, you will probably grow anyways. I was about 5'3 or 5'2 when I was 12, and I'm 17 now and 5'7!

Not necessarily. I was 5'6" at your age, and wound up 5'11". The rule of thumb is girl's are 90% of their adult height at 12.
Even if you are tall it's not the end of the world. Ask models what they think of being tall.

You will probably be around 5'5". My daughter was 5'6" when she was 12 and a year later she is now 5'6"1/2. I was about the same as my daughter and I am now 5'9". Hope this helps.

No, I'm afraid not. You might not ever grow another inch. Girls have a growth spurt at about that age to 15, and another about 5 years later. Then they stop! It might be awkward because boys don't get their growth spurts till after us, but you'll love your height when you're out of school and strutting around in heels. Unfortunately, it's just hard to tell at your age what your height will eventually be.

Look at your parents, you'll probably be around their height. :)
