...my muscles tightened and literally became bigger. The pain in indescribable and I can't even straighten my arm without feeling the pain. Please tell me what to do? It hurts. :'(

Alright, this is kinda embarassing ... so why not post it for the entire world to see right? lol. anyways, i am a young woman and have been sexually active for about 4 years. my problem is this: i have only been able to achieve an orgasm in the missionary position. I've tried every position imaginable with no luck. Any advice you could give me would be helpful.

Well I'm 19.. got my periods when I was10... I dont recall the pain being so unbearable in the past 9 years.. it hurts a lot this time (usually, it does pain.. but its mostly bearable)

So any ideas how to combat this? I dont wanna take pills.. sleeping is the only thing I can think of.. n I've already slept for 12 hours..

Hi I need help because it is 11:00 here and I just got home from work. I am exhausted and I have more work to do now for tomorrow morning and I don't know how I am going to get it all done before then. I am also really stressed out because I am moving offices and the person I am moving with hasn't done anything yet to take things off the wall or get ready and it is happening in less then a week and they aren't very nice either. I also am helping with a project that is going to be presented to our compainie's highest boss. And to add on to it I am like pmsing too. Please help me feel better soon and not so tired. Thank you

I am 26F getting married in May and wanting to think about family and the future. But I have this worry in the back of my mind.... I have always had regular periods and regular paps, but I never feel ANYTHING on my right side. Only my left. even mid month when I am supposedly ovulating, I can feel it on the left. Crampy durng PMS, on the left and then, when I get my period - I only get cramps on the left side. If I didnt know any better, I'd think my insides were missing the right side completely. I wasn't too worried till my sister in law said "Well, that makes no sense... You cramp when the uterus contracts - your uterus can't contract only on one side..."

...or can it? I am also a fraternal twin and twins run in the family if that makes ANY difference. Anyone out there know? I won't have med ins for another month and I am thinking that I am like messed up on the inside or something now!!! PLEAS HELP ME>.. Desperate in Tucson, AZ.

I have fuzzy blond hair all over the sides of my face. Last time I went to the doc she even noticed it and gave me bloodwork to see if there was something hormonely wrong. There wasn't. Anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway to get rid of it?

To make a long story shot all the women in my family (in the last 4 generations at least) have had breast cancer. (great gma, grandma, grandmas sister, mom, moms two sisters) Once my mom was rid of the cancer we went in for some genetic testing and the doctor pretty much said that when I am older I am most likely going to get it. SO there are two options. One is to have all my kids before I am 30, sooner would be better and go on a chemo type pill to fight it before it starts or have a mastectomy, which removes all breast tissue and I would never get it. However once having kids I wouldn’t be able to breast feed. I would also be getting implants if I chose that rout.

Now I am wondering what your opinion on it is? What would you choose if it were you? Also if you know anything about the procedure like would insurance cover it? It covered my moms but she had already had cancer, but I was wondering if I had proof like the tests we had done and stuff if most insurances would cover it? If not how much would the procedure run?

I'm not sure whats wrong. My breast are really really sore and they only get that way right before my period and on my period, but I'm not close to it. Also it kind of hurts like burns/stings when I pee or sometimes just randomly or when anything rubs against it like my pants. And more recently it itches but only a tiny bit every so often. These two things have been going on for about a week. I'm not sure what it could be or whats wrong or if I should see the doctor.

What are some of the causes and how do you know if it's something serious? How do I know they are doing the right tests? I have never had kids, I am 38, and I have a few of the symptoms they list including the problem with peeing.

I had lost my virginity since sept 06`. Till this day I noticed that I haven't get pleasure from sexual intercourse with my boyfriend (maybe once or twice). But besides that, no pleasure. I am 30 and for the past 8 months. My period has changed. It starts light for the first 2 days then completely stops on 3rd it comes back on the 4th day. I am usually a light flow but on the 4th and 5th day it is very heavy. On the 4th day is when I also am cramping and back pain. I used to only get menstruation for 5 days. Now it is 6. Also before my period starts my breast are extremely tender. I feel like they are filled with milk kind of like after giving birth and they swelled up. I was wondering if this was normal does menstruation change, as you get older. Please let me know
